Shipping Policy

We ship our orders using FEDEX & UPS. Orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days,excluding weekends and holidays and most customers typically receive their order within 2-5days after it has been shipped. You will be notified via email once your order has been shippedwith an applicable tracking code.  We are not responsible for shipping delays caused byweather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.  Orders may be delayed from shipment due todiscrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information (i.e. missing or invalid apartmentnumber/street number).

Return Policy

At DNA COUTURE we understand that online shopping can be hard! You might not get theright size or your purchase doesn’t look as gorgeous as you thought it would so we wantto make it easy for you, we will provide you with a refund if your order is full priced back to theoriginal form of payment when returned within 14 days of your original purchase date, lessshipping costs.  We are not responsible for postage fees for returns and original shippingcharges are non-refundable.  Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn,unwashed, unaltered) with original tags attached.  If you need a different size or item, please ship the merchandise back for a refund and you mayplace a new order at any time. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shippingcharges. Classic Paper Doll does not supply return labels. Returns must be in original conditionaccompanied with all original packaging and invoice.
